In general, I solve hardware and software problems for Marketing professors, staff, and PhD students.
Tasks have ranged from imaging new systems, deploying up new hardware, and troubleshooting problems in Windows and OS X to making recommendations for mobile devices as well as testing them.

In 2009, I made the recommendation for the department to switch from Symantec Antivirus to Microsoft Security Essentials. This suggestion was heeded and then implemented throughout the department, and now it is a standard.

I drafted up a the content and layout for a potential monthly newsletter suggesting new devices and gadgets for the general faculty.
